F030 on a Kenmore range points to the oven temperature sensor probe. The manual lists it for freestanding Kenmore ranges whose model numbers begin with 790; also electric slide-in Elite models 790.4255, 790.4131 and 790.5256.

What the manual says

Disconnect power from the range before anything else. After that, a technician checks the resistance of the oven temperature sensor probe with a multimeter: about 1,100 ohms at room temperature is the expected reading. If the reading is off, the sensor probe is replaced.
