What the manual says to do

  1. Door stuck or unwilling to latch: take the range off power for 30 seconds, then power it up again.
  2. Test the latch by turning on the oven lockout feature or a clean cycle.
  3. A door that stays shut can be released with cancel.
  4. Motor not turning: with power off, inspect the harness wires between the lock assembly and the oven control board. Seat any loose wire; a damaged harness is replaced.
  5. No wiring fault means a new door lock assembly, and the relay control board is the final item if nothing changes.

On the glass touch range the sequence is shorter. Unplug it, inspect the harness at the lock assembly and the electronic oven control board, replace the lock assembly when the wiring is good, then replace the electronic oven control board if the code stays.
